    right, lifted weights today, notin new, go three times a week and today i didnt change anything, just normal program and stuff! but i decided to push it a tiny bit harder than usual, which is pretty hard but howandever! it didnt feel like i overdid it but now i have a slight pain running down my forearm when i move my arm. i did work out my arms today but kept the weight the same. could i have got a slight injury?
