Hi I am an artist and i would like to know where i can source cotton duck cloth, the same as is used on sailing boats. It is excellent for stretching to paint on. I need to be able to get it within Ireland if at all possible....

    Thanks in advance

You should phone up some sailmakers or the local chandlers. Most modern sails are made from kevlar and are speciifcally designed not to stretch but you may be able to get some sort of old sails with a few phonecalls.
