Linux Music Server

    Ok i have a spare pc with 400gb of hd space, i also have small parrellel port lcd i can use to display current playing song, I basicly want to create a music server that will play music and use a webbrowser to change current music. anyone have ideas on how i can achieve this?

    or you can be REALLY lazy and use a liveCD

    For the intgrated LCD, you are on your own. The webpage fopr slimserver has a java applet that you can use to play your music.

    It looks the exact same as ampache, only not as good TBH
