Anyone know how to get the tank that seems to be perched on top of a building in the south west of the city. I know this games is 100 years old but i downloaded it recently and i can't figure this out!

If I remember it involves a series of jumps on the rooftops of various buildings. Have a look on how you can get onto that rooftop and then work your way back to the start point.
