    Hey
    Im back heavily into my wieghts which i enjoy, however i'm terrible with my diet. Basically I was wondering if someone could give me example's of good foods i should be eating for brekkie, lunch and dinner.

    The links at the top of the page are quite comprehensive and taking some time to read through them would give you a lot of info.

    One thing though you need to be eating more often then 3times a day, aim for 5 - 7 meals.
