Has anyone else read Wintermen?

    A friend of mine turned me on to this wondeful comic.

    It's written by Brett Lewis and the artwork is by JP Leon. It's set in Russia, and really feels like it's been written in Russian and translated back.

    It's really sad though - it might not get completed - the first three issues are numbered as "#X of 8", the fourth one is "4 of 6" and the fifth is simply "#5". It'll be a huge pity if it's never completed.

    There's been a lot of love for Wintermen on the scans_daily community, but there's been issues with getting the completed artwork in on time, I think.

    The series has been changed from an 8-issue format to closing for now on issue 5 and pending completion with a Wintermen Special at some point in the next few months. Assuming they don't do a 7 soldiers on it, that is...
