I don't understand how to eat

    I've tried looking up sites on the net etc...but I just don't understand what I should and shouldn't be eating and at what times I should and shouldn't eat these foods. I'm trying to lose weight and it just isn't happening for me.

    How important is protein in weight loss? Also bearing in mind that I'm a vegetarian and I think eggs are pretty much the only thing I know for sure I'm getting lots of protein from.

    read the stickies
    quorn do a fairly tasty range of alternatives. tho im not really positive about how good they really are, they seem to be an alright source of protein anyway
