Hey people just wondering from anyone who has ordered from there... Do they mark as a gift?(as i dont want to be charged extra by customs) and also is it the same shipping to ireland as the usa?

yup they Mark it as a gift by default. The shipping will be all the seperate "standard international cost rates" added together though a gun will be an extra 10 or 15 added to that.

    What ya thinking of getting?

Buy from them and fall in love with them. Seems to be the way it is.

I buy where the goods I want are offered. ehobby's AEG's are mainly TM's.

well obviously. Just thankfully all the goods i have wanted so far are on their website. Even the FAL. which took me by suprise ;) I think that's going for £350+ on wolf.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

its just for the smaller cylinders. ya should be able to get em from B&q or a camping store or some such.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

lol @ wolf how many famas's could ya get for that 3?

Can someone recommend me a good pistol that will do 300-320fps? ive only about 130 euro to spend on the gun and the propane cap
or are there any good electric ones?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,323 ✭✭✭Spitfire666

its a real shame that they dont have classic army aeg's

make sure you can sort out getting the small cans of propane before you get the adapter. its a lot to spend if you cant find them

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,373 ✭✭✭Irishpimpdude

What size should the propane tank be? and are there any electric pistols on ehobby i cant find any good ones.

the small tanks that you use in camp stoves etc.

check out http://www.airsoft-innovations.com/ they should have some details on it.

The only electric pistol to bother with is the Marui glock 18c that comes with a battery. the rest are sh1t

Actually correction, CYMA have a clone of the Marui electric glock 18c. meant to be more or less the same in every way. half the price though. They dont have it on ehobby

Doesnt look like they have it at the moment  damn, oh wait found it but its only 190fps :(

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

gunnerairsoft have 2 new clone aep's aswell their only 195fps theirs a m93r and a very nice usp which even has a silencer and metal slide 42$ + delivery

thats the thing though, electric = extremely bad fps. You'd have to be a few feet away from someone for them to actually feel it. More just play things for the house or something like that

For the price though theyd be a nice last resort weapon, and as you said good for some indoor plinkage ;) 200 fps well alot of people sware by the electric glocks some of which are about the same power. I might get the USP sometime anyway.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,373 ✭✭✭Irishpimpdude

Think the best bet is the beretta... what you all recon?

well i was just saying in reference to that guy who was asking about pistols. wouldnt wanna see him going to a skirmish with one. would be a little on the disappointed side!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

The Beretta is the best, no question.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

Well to be honest visually they were always my favorite pistol. Aways remind me of Die Hard Trilogy for the ps1. I remember playing the demo of that game over and over when i first got my console. Dual Berettas were excellent in it ;)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

*drools* dual beretta's :) , i cant wait to get a second one

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,373 ✭✭✭Irishpimpdude

Do they ship the guns without orange tips to here or is it the same? cause they only mention sending them to usa

    Beretta me arse

I'm sure scope will have no problem doing that at our first skirmish ;)

those pistols you send pictures of are a bit on the ornate and..err..ugmo side

I'd rather a nice big revolver though. something like this

    http://www.wolfarmouries.co.uk/airsoft/bb/product.asp?page=product&id=CP6SHWT

imagine pulling that out at a game!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

Reminds me of that camo Romeo and Juliet movie with De Caprio. Didnt they all have flashy guns like that?

What pistols your mate got scope?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

Tm socom mk 23, Their so different its odd, His is light as a feather with the LAM unit and silencer on while mine weighs over 2 pounds his is virtualy silent mines load his is a Nbb mines a Gbb, But ya its a nice gun he has id never get one but it has good accuracy and nice range to it

That film your on about was taht some shoot out near the start around some cars? i can kinda picture it and ya flashy weird lookin guns awrite.

You were talking about a revolver why dont ya get a Deagle instead? That would be savage, Some1 has to get one ;)

I've read a lot of bad things about the TM Socom actually. Bad gas leakage from the mags. He'd wanna watch out for that. Make sure there's always a squirt of gas in it.

I aint a big fan of the Deagle to be honest. If I'm buying some form o hand gun it HAS to be metal. No TM!

That Beretta to start off with. Then one of those Tanakas when i win the lottery :)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

cool, a revolver would add some nice variety allright. Ill let him know about the socom

What a great film. Cheesy but great all the same.

Yeah they had flash guns. berettas and 1911s. the ones in the pics above are based (loosely) on the gold ones in the film face/off :

thats why the other ones are white/silver instead of gold.as i said, the are for a drug dealer/gangster loadout, not a soldier loadout. if i had 700GBP to spend on each gun id love the white ones.

    700GBP?!?!

Christ. You could buy Two FALs for that on ehobby and still have money to spare

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,323 ✭✭✭Spitfire666

actualy, i think it was the black ones in the pic that cost 700 to make. the white one are very highly tuned ones and cost a bit more id say. still, i like to look good and would love to have a set made.
