Digital scales

Hi all,

Been working out for over a month now and although I have made great advances in my diet, I have still not started counting exact calories. Well if i want to do this right then I am going to have to start.

So after looking at ebay and their vast array of digital scales, can anyone recommend a brand or tell me where they got theirs?

I have a Salter 1002 which I got in Argos many years ago, has been working fine ever since. Argos don't do this one any more but I am sure the current one is equivalent.

Salter is one of the most recognised brands. I got a cheap one on ebay for €14 delivered, have one in work for €30 that can go up to 5kg.

You can also get special diet ones, you can enter caloire sizes and it does the math for you. others have memory functions. try

Meant to add, I found www.calorie-count.com to be an excellent site for keeping track of the calories.
