    Hey Paddy,

The only kettlebells work out DVD I know of would be John Brawn's. He uses them for power punching.
IMO the use of KB or DB's for power punching is a little out dated. The line of resistance is not relevant to the trajectory of the punch. The pull of gravity will keep the arm working against a downward force, where you really need the resistance along the line of the trajectory of the punch. Hence you get better kinetic linking and better power development. The use of flexibands and medicine balls would probably be a better option.

Have a look at John's web site www.johnbrawn.com

The most comprehensive site for Kettlebells would be dragondoor.com - Steve and Pavel's stuff is great. That said Kettlebells aren't some incredible superior training method. Just like everything else it has its place and suits some more than others. I enjoy KB, I thinks its fun and addictive, but it doesn't suit my specific goal as a stand alone system. Still awesome stuff.

    Good luck with it!

I gather Pavel's the man. I think you can get his stuff from Pullum sports but if anything is on dvd I'm sure it's also on a torrent somewhere.
