Just wondering, apart from protein (be it whey, casein or whatever your personal preference is) and vitamins what kind of things are people finding works for them and where are they getting it?

I recently started using NO Xplode, pretty happy with it so far. I never really got much from creatine monohydrate, so I can rule that out. The esterified stuff in NO Xplode seems to be working a bit better, although it could possibly be the effects of other ingredients.

I've tried 3 brands of ZMA, two of which worked quite well and one didn't seem to do anything. Other than that I haven't really used much.

Just out of interest, I recall someone saying they were using Biotest ZMA, just wondering how it worked for them and where they got it from?

Ive started using Animal Pump, from Universal Nutrition - heard a lot of good stuff about it online, basically mopped the floor with No Xplode in the reviews. Seems good but it's my first NO product. But i've been a LOT more focused in the gym lately and am finding my strength increasing quite rapidly.

You ust order it from their on-line store and it's shipped from the States. It's cheap as chips too, even when you take the shipping costs into consideration. It does the job nicely and I know quite a few people who use it as a staple supplement. I stopped taking it a while ago for a few different reasons (nothing wrong with the product, in fact it was a little too effective), but I'm going to start to reintroduce it again soon.

I used Nutrition X Splode too for ten aweeks and really, really like it. I've never taken mono so I can't compare the CEE to it, but it gave me great energy for workouts for sure.

    Dragan's Random Supplement thoughts :

    1) Nutrition X - X-plode , I like this, gives me a nice steady energy boost and a nice pump! Definitely makes me feel good and fresh till the end of the workout.

    2) Nutrition X - R.A.M , I am firmly placing this as my number one supplement right now ( even if I can't use it on my cut!!!! ). It brilliant, I firmly think it is a great innovation in the field. It seriously cuts down on DOMS and speeds up recovery!

    3) Reflex - Tri Matrix V2 , I have used this is the past and like it. I would place it just below X-plode in that it gives a similar pump, but I found the energy boost would wane just a little bit too early.

    4) BCAA's - it's odd how being forced to use something can make you wonder why you never used it before! A very good, calorie free way to keep your muscle mass!
