    Hey,

I am currently suffering from achilles tendonitis so cant do any impact running for a couple of weeks. My manager was telling me to do some running in the pool with a belt to keep me upright to keep some of my fitness. Does anyone know where i can get one of these belts in Dublin?

    Thanks in advance

Would you not cycle? Go onto an exercise bike with low resistance and just keep a good pace. Either that or swim using only your upper body.
