    hi
coming to the end of my no xplode tub after 2 months ish) also being taking protein (eas) and zma.
I would like to continue building muscle but for cycling reasons I'd like to come off creatine.

I have a had a look about the net and got some ideas just wondering what you guys thought / suggested?

The whole point of taking Creatine is ATP replenishment, as such, I am not sure if there is really any other supplement out there that will do this very specific thing. If your interested in trying out a new supplement then do so, but it will not do what creatine does.

As far as creatine cycling goes….i don't really feel that it is entirely necessary?

I was always under the impression that if you dont cycle creatine, your body will get used to a consistant intake nd will stop producing it as efficiently. Is this true or is it bulls**t?

I personally have started taking creatine only after workouts and not on days where i lift. Does this eliminate the need to cycle it? Any info and opinions on this would be appreciated.

i actually do take 5g of mono post workout and 2 scoops of no xplode before...workout days only.

The tub of xplode says to cycle it I think after 12 weeks. when my tub ends it'll be 9 - 10 weeks of use.

Just looking a for some other muscle building supplement that wasn't creatine based.
I can accept that cycling may not be an issue but I have found with other supps that taking a break means better results for me. I do think my body may adapt.

True though. Whats you diet like? WIthout meaning to sound harsh or presumptuous i find BSN products seem to be used by people who might have some dietary holes.

Also, the "cycling" is advised due to various other bits and bops that are in No-Xplode, not the creatine itself.

    cool. diet isn't bad.
Plenty of chicken, fish, turkey, peanut butter, nuts, fruit & veg (although more fruit than veg) etc...although I'm not too big on pasta...i would eat a lot of rice (brown - although I'll admit I must prefer white)

i was keeping a fitness log but though a personal problem and the the jazz that came with that I wasn't able to update on a regular basis although I was training hard.

I used No Xplode simply cos mickk recommended it.
I was thinking of cell mass instead.

Actually found a few products similiar to no xplode on net that have no stimulants and they might suit me better in future.

i must point out that I don't feel the need to take anything - just looking for alternatives.
