Need help eating before and after gym

    Hi folks, Ive been put on a regime of cardio(40-50 mins) with a few weights(20 mins) thrown in. The idea is to loose the pot belly and tone up and Im managing to go every second day so far for the the first time ever. Im sorta stuck on diet plans - What would ye recommend eating before and after a gym session like this one? (Ive read the stickies and couldnt see anything specific.)
    Any tips or links appreciated. Cheers!
