Turbine dead?

Hmm..

Has anyone noticed the turbine's been off the past few lovely windy days? The red light at the top isn't flashing either; did it get a power cut? :P

I noticed once, but I didn't put any pass on it as it was about half 8 in the evening

They probably shut it off so that it doesn't produce more power than it can unload, or something. I've noticed it a lot of times, but it's always working next time I see it.

it can also only take 3 revolutions per second so if it gets too windy it has to be locked down
