That's the exact one, the caption on the right reads SANTA APPROVED CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
it's just missing the sticker that says €5 / £3

the will also run from a pair of AA batteries

BTW: they would probably work on the USB socket of your car Radio too ;)

eh what does the cd-r do?

It's blank so you could make a short movie of your tree with the changing colours and burn it on the the CD and send it to people who can then pretend to have a tree by playing it on their screen.

Hmmm, free cd or a poke in the eye with a sharp stick on a wet sunday morning , can I get back to you on that ?

They're 19.99 euro in the laptop shop Stephen's Green, with firebox.com stickers on top off them, no cdr, just the bog standard glowing tree that has been around in various shops for 5 euro for the past few years.

Still a few available in Heatons in drogheda.
Go thru the entrance , take a right turn, head for the wall in front of you, beside the xmas lights.
Will brighten up many a dark evening.....:)

Hmmm_Messiah sent me one.. quite nifty!

The only thing is: for anyone else that bought them.. is it supposed to be like this (branches bunched together) as the box paints a completely different idea of the product's appearance? There's no string keeping it together like that or anything that i should know about.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,707 ✭✭✭skywalker

Lol, I was wondering that myself. But they are just bunched up like that to fit in the box. Just kinda pull the branches out to the position youd expect them to be in. Long as your not too rough they will be fine.

Yeah.. guess so. Don't wanna break the fibre-optics though.

yea, just pull out the branches theres 5 rows, just like you would an artificial tree .

cute little thing (in the dark- hard to do any work in the dark though )
