Does any one know what is the best way to do a shore dive in Lough Owel? We have never dived it before, but think it might be a good alternative to Portroe.

Hi, I've gone in beside the diving boards, not much depth but pretty handy if you're really stuck for a dive.
I've dived it from a boat aswell, around 20 M but not really anything to see, It'd be nice if they sank a boat or car or something there. It could also be a good place to start a gnome garden type thing!!
