I get sugar free raspberry jelly powder, powder makes 1 pint of jelly.
Pour in about 250mls of water and microwave it with the powder until dissolved. Then add some cold water and a few ice cubes, add 2 scoops of whey powder to the now slightly warm water (my whey is unflavoured, if you have flavoured you might get away with normal gelatine). Then I liquidise it really well so it gets airy and frothy.

Then leave it to set in the fridge. It will start to separate (mine does anyway), so I whisk it with a soup whisk once or twice before it really starts to set. You end up with a nice fluffy mousse that you would swear is really bad for you ;)
Of course you could use normal sugar jelly esp. before or after a workout.
