Hi,

Doing another crash course for tonights tourney, ive never played so im trying to google something that will give me some pointers like good starting hands, strategy and rules. Whats the official name i should search under:

Limit Stud Hi

This seems to bring up alot of sites with hi/lo cant seem to find anything specific to hi?

Thanks, but im limited to time so i dont have the time to search through lots of threads. I just want to see the rules, quick strategy points and good starting hands. Would be a great resource if i was taking up the game but its likely this will be the only time ill be playing stud so i just want to know the basic rules so people arent laughing at my when im playing like last time i played in the bcoop omaha hi/lo:D


So if someone just explains what the correct name of it is so i can google it would be great

Thanks Imposter, i do know how to find something but there seems to be a few different versions. Im loooking to find the correct name so im not looking up the wrong type of game, im not sure if Limit Stud Hi is the same as 7 card stud as ive never played it before.

as far as I know DVDFan... any game that has a hi/lo version is just that... the high/low version. If it doesn't state that, then it's automatically the High version. same applies to Omaha etc.

Never really played stud either, couple of home games now and then, but thats generally dealers choice... and sometimes I wonder do we even play the right rules.
At one point we used to play this really weird rule where 2s were wild, and whatever card last followed a 2 would be wild as well - absolutely nuts...especially since the wild cards could actually change after each round....lol.. so much money in those games
Anyone else ever play this?? no idea where it came from.

this was so rigged and my stars client wasnt working properly.
my "All in " button was missing resulting in the stations just chasing and me not being able to prise them out with only being able to make little gay bets at any one time.
also my str got beat by houses a few times but the boat would never get there if they had any clue aabout the game they should have folded.
