does anyone know any good exercises for the lower part of the legs, my ankles and shins look very scrawny and i need to them up.

I also have a punch bag and am wondering how good it is for toning the upper body, should i use the bag or stick to weights. thanks

Boxing exercises are great for toning all over if done correct as most the power comes from your legs-do skipping for your calfs and calf raises aswell-remember-some people genetically have small calfs/wrists etc...

Why not add the bag work to your weight training, personally I do 10 5min rounds with a 90sec rest in between. Use the timer on your mobile phone to time the rounds and you can just plug away at it, and the phone takes care of you time.
