has called me resently and informed that due
to me not filing every 6 months on a student
for undefferment or non-ability to pay
ie I ignore my loan because I can't pay it
and I trust the goverment to handle it
anyway, it's in the hands of some one else
or it's going to be

The judge apologized for having me wait through everyone’s case
as I had already shown proof of insurance

The LA courts failed to call me back yesterday
I think I was talking to Sandra (but I'm not sure)

I called the LA courts this morning
and spoke to Adrian
she told me to call back
as she needed to search for the records.

I called back and got a man
He asked the last names of the operators I previously talked to
I told him I was not given any last names
He told me to call
The optical retrieval office to recover the records
to prove I was in Court 2-11-2005
He did not tell me his name

I called the optical retrieval office
but they refused to help me
and told me to call the main number again.

I'm on hold again calling the main number
It takes around a half hour to get through to an operator each time.

The latest operator informed me
that my appearance was on record
after the three previous operators told me there was no record
and the real reason for a failure to appear charge
was that I did not pay a $10 dismissal fee.

I was not told by the judge to pay the dismissal fee
I recall him assigning fines clearly to many members before he spoke to me
and I would have remembered if he had told me to pay a fee.
He only informed me hat the charges were dropped


I have to contact JC Collection Services
to pay a fine of near $1000 dollars
or file for an appeal

In the mean while,
I am with out my driver’s license stuck in San Diego.
