Its not bad at all, some lads from the Herc's live by it. They're switching over to Xcellerate now though.
Sells well so it must be ok!

I'm currently using during my OA trial. Tastes like cough medicine and perhaps too miuch sugar, but I certainly feel its helped my recovery and gains to date.

I use ultra fuel every workout, really like it. Orange is nicer than fruit punch I think.
