Was browsing looking for a dip station and came across this..

    http://www.ultimatebodypress.com/

unfortunately they don't deliver to Ireland,
anyone know where one can seek out a similar machine.
it's convenient in terms of space as a lot of the dip stations i've come across seem to take up a lot of space for just one move ? ? ?

This is no more than an expensive clothes hanger. You can do every exercise shown on that video with two chairs and some plates. :D Furthermore he wasn't doing them very well, far too much swining and momentum.

Save your money and your time. DOn;t buy into expensive gadgets and gimmiks. Just train. If you want to build up your tricpes at home do some close grip tricpe pushups, diamond pushups, hand on hand pushups, one handed pushups, then start elevating your feet to higher angles, then move into handstand pushups...etc....

Abs can be done doing lying lower leg raises, alternate crunches, hanging leg raises from a chin up bar, clockfaces, eighted crunches etc....

Just think in the time spent reading that wesbite and watching that video you could have been training. Could have knocked out at least 50 pushups and done a few lower leg raises and twisitng crunches...:)

ye it looks at bit crap, Also I don't think you could get full ROM on it as your knees would probably be on the floor well before your hands where near your armpits.

I assume that site is take the proverbial? Come on its a few bars and they make claims of safer than free weights, better than other expensive machinery. Its like those things you see on qvc or something. A step machine where some guy who is huge claims it gave him a total body workout and made his chest huge!
