Eh...you could just buy eggs, get a dozen or half a dozen and just simply crack as needed, keep the yolk back and your done :)

or more importantly... have you actually started to train yet :) ??

you can buy liquid uncooked egg whites from some suppliers in the uk- google eggnation or something like that. you can't buy them cooked. but tbh it's probably as cheap to buy whole eggs and crack them yourself.

Hi g'em. Im starting training next week!

Im just preparing my diet and what I will need to be doing for next week. Im following a diet from a book. It says 250ml egg white and two omega 3 eggs (plus other stuff too) for breakfast as one example. It says in the grocery list to buy "x containers of egg whites".

The containers hes on about must be eggnation type products, thanks for the link/google hint.

junii... stop stressing and go lift stuff. seriously.

you're not going to know how your body responds to different foods until you start to actually do something to make it repsond to.

If it's a breakfast omelette or scrambled eggs just go for two whole eggs and two whites and stop getting bogged down with the details. I commend your attention to the little things but... JFL!!!!

I sell them for €10 (shipping costs!!) - don't really like them though, would prefer a powdered albumin like in pro complex but can't source a decent one!

Ok so I gather JFL stands for RTFM as pointed out here but what does it stand for?
edit: Ive just realised what JFL means!

Well, I have taken the previous advice here. I can be abit stubborn sometimes I suppose but now im just going to focus on getting into the gym and lifting as suggested by many posters here. Im really looking forward to it though I know when I go in people are going to be looking at me thinking what the hell is that guy even bothering for. Im just going on the hope that I haven't been eating properly for years so maybe thats the only reason im in the shape im in now. I did some basic boxing training also a few years ago and I found I put on muscle quite easily. This is another motivating factor. I just hope im not genetically disfunctional...time will tell.

As I said im not getting too stressed out about nutrition and stuff but I have decided to follow the diet exactly as defined in the book to take the burden off myself of having to define my own diet at the beginning. I have to have some diet... I can't just go in and start doing it without eating properly at the start. Im going to be using a personal trainer for the first few weeks to make sure im doing the exercises correctly and stuff and hopefully he should give me more tips regarding nutrition.

So this is my way of not worrying or stressing about my diet (by following it exactly from the book).
