I dont really know where best to post this , as its not really fitness related , infact its quite the opposite. Anyway ...

I started driving again and had my foot on and off the clutch for over an hour. When I got out of the car, my left leg had siezed up and it was hard to pull up my big toe. When I try and pull up my big toe I feel the muscle in the area of my shins to tighten, but there is no pain.

Is this from lack of use of this muscle ?

sounds similar to shin splints but i dont think u can get them just sitting. Probably just a cramp.

start stretching out your leg muscles and get them moving and you'll be fine.
