Quality multivitamin supplement???

I'm lookin for a good all round multivitamin formula. Training and final year college course work have me a bit drained. Also was considering getting some glutamine but can just about afford to keep myself in whey at the moment. Is it worth the money? Thanks!

I take Centrum every day and they seem to do the trick. Though I don't have anything to compare them to. I have heard pharmaton is the beewax but I can't say from experience.

Using some centrum i took from home, soon as i get some cash think ill get the animal pak stuf tho

Just on the Pak, you won't find a more comprehensive multi vit anywhere in the world. It also contains amino acids, digestive enzymes, essential fatty acids and performance optimzers - Without doubt it's the dogs..

This one has 'timed release' - i.e. take one tablet and the dose is released over the course of the day. Since your body can often only absorb certain quantities of vitamins and nutrients, even if you take the RDA in one tablet you only get the benefit of the quantity your body absorbs in one day. How much is it? Im assuming its gotta be quite a bit more expensive than the likes of centrum or pharmaton.

If you cannot get Animal Pak locally, would you recommend Pharmaton as the next best alternative?

Also re Pharmation, if your training alot (thai boxing) and working in a stress job. should you take more than 1 a day.

For a while there I was training in morning, breakie after, then take Pharmaton.

In evening after dinner I would take another Pharmaton or a Centrum instead.

Plus 2 1000 mg Fish oil capsuls.

Am i using peeing out the extra pills, or is there sense in taking more than one a day?

Yeh u get 44 paks of 11 tablets. So take 11 tabs every mornin.
