    Comments please on my diet and routine


    Vital Statistics
    Sex: Male
    Age:23
    Height: 5ft 7'
    Weight: 76 kg


    Goals: Gain muscle size and strength

    Current Diet In Detail
    breakfast: Muesli and 2 slices of brown bread (with real butter) nutrtion x-xxx shake
    mid day snack: handful of almonds/raisins
    Lunch: brown bread s/w with chicken, lettuce,tomato,cucumber and coleslaw
    mid-afternoon snack: handful of almonds/raisins
    dinner: usually involves pasta or rice
    night: nutrition x-xxx shake

    Current Training Regime
    Day 1:
    Chest and shoulders (6-8 reps)
    20 mins CV
    Shoulder press
    frontal raise
    chest press
    pectoral machine
    incline dumbell flyes
    bench press
    ab stuff (usually standard, oblique crunchs and toe tuches 25 reps)

    Day 2:
    Arms
    20 mins CV
    Hammer curl
    tricep ext
    preacher curl
    tricep dips
    bicep curl
    tricep pushdown
    lat pulldown

    Day 3
    legs
    leg curl
    leg ext
    squats
    deadlifts
    lunges
    ab stuff (same as day 1)
