Simple carbs

I have noticed that yogurts you buy in the shop are nearly all simple carbs.
Are fruits simple carbs also and if so how are these things good for you?

Even natural yogurt is all simple carbs.

Im just wondering because I am redoing my diet this week 50% carbs, 25% fats, 25% protein. I will be joining the gym soon and then I will adjust. At the moment im just doing cardio so I don't think I need more protein.

Should all my carbs be complex?
Should all my fats be mono and poly?

    Thanks.

You need some saturated fats(milk as an example) for help in hormone production but most of your fats should be unstaturated (un roasted, unsalted nuts).

Pre/post workout simple carbs are fine (try to take glucose) but otherwise go for complex carbs (brown rice, oats)

I wouldn't worry about the sugar content of fruit as it contains fibre as well which will hinder any insulin spike form the sugar not to mention the vits/minerals they contain.

Junii will you please just start working out! Worrying about these fiddly details when you aren't even on a training programme yet is like putting a little plaster on a freshly amputated leg - you've got bigger concerns to be worrying about than yogurt!
