Actually, according to Burt Bremmer, well respected author with "Historical Pugilist" Jesus was in fact, a terrible fighter. Apparently the missing years from 13 to 21 from the bible are based around his then budding boxing training and subsequent short professional career. He only had 3 pro fights, and despite being a somewhat promising amateur he lost all three of them, 2 by KO, one when his beard got caught in the laces of his glove and he could no longer continue.

It is said that his nick name Jesus "The Almighty" Christ is one of the most inappropriate in history.

The dude from "Ghosts n Goblins". He could still fight the forces of evil in his underwear in the lashing rain.

    My top 3:

    1. Jeri Ryan
    2. Caroline Morahan in her kickboxing get-up.
    3. Jessica Alba

I'd like to see a three-way mud wrestling bout between them to see who's the hardest.
I'd also like for them to come round to my house and kick the crap out of me all day and all night, oh yeah...

I think humour is the greatest weapon. Given this, I think Jackie Chan is one of the most humourous fighters still kicking. But if Peter Sellers was still alive, I would have to vote for him in his Pink Panther role as the most humourous fighter.

    1) Scorpion
    2) Bruce Lee
    3) Raiden
    4) Sub-zero
    5) The black ranger (the blue one was a nerd)

    Aaaaaaaaand whoever else.

Jesus would actually be good in a fight. Think about it. The human body is about 70% water. If Jesus were to use his powers to turn a chunk of that to wine, his opponent would instantly become a rambling drunk if not die from alcohol poisoning.

This is completely OT, but what did jesus turn into bread? Or what did he turn bread into?

Mr Rogers in a blood stained sweater.
He did win The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny after all

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 950 ✭✭✭Feral Mutant

More bread, did the same with fish. Which reminds me of another fighting Jesus scenario. Someone runs at Jesus. He picks up a conveniently placed basket of shuriken-shaped bread (one of those weird fads in biblical times). He throws one at his enemy, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another, then another and so on.

No he made fish from the first fish and bread from other bread

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,808 ✭✭✭Dooom

What? So he just made more bread? That's a bit crap. Should've turned it into Peking duck or something. Then I'd be impressed.

Well I would be fairly impressed if I saw him make thousands of loafs out of one. It was to feed the masses. I doubt they had even heard of peking duck

I don't know about his real life abilities but for sheer on screen skill Mark Dacascos has to be my favourite...

    Mark in Action

Fedor Emelianenko is THE best heavyweight and pound for pound MMA fighter in the world. That's one scary mfer.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,908 ✭✭✭Simi

Jack Bauer. While we're on Jesus, i don't see why he didn't just make loads and loads of popcorn chicken. Maybe then ppl wouldn't have turned on him.

What about "The Chosen One" in the film "Kung Pow!" And look out for his tongue! Then again, I like the Jersey cow that has a mean spinning back kick in the film...And if The Chosen One hadn't cheated by milking her dry, she would have won the fight.

I cant believe that nobody has mentioned Joe frigging Pesci yet.
Think about it. I know, you are thinking, oh someone could just shoot him, but its Joe Pesci. He isnt gonna let anyone shoot him. Even in Casino, where he "died" he got buried alive. I am still waiting for a casino 2 where he comes back from the dead for some revenge on the mafia. No matter how magical th fighter, how many years they have trained, ultimately its Joe Pesci.

according to that Monkey is based on a true story. now he is definately the best of all time
