My quest for general fitness

    Ok so here's the rundown. Ive played rugby on and off for the last 5 or so years and hav decided that this year will b an off season due to the fact that there are no teams at my age level nearby his yr. But my aim is to get super fit and maybe pack on a bit of muscle during the year.
    Height: 6' 0"
    Weight: 70-71 kgs
    Age: 17
    I plan to spend the next week doing purly cardio to break myself back in light (enough). Heres the plan that will follow:
    Wk 1:
    3 days of all over workout:
    3 x 10 squats
    3x 10 Flat bench
    3 x 10 Lat pull
    3 x 10 shoulder press

    Wk 2:
    3 day split:
    Monday:
    3 x 10 Flat bench
    3 x 10 Incline bench
    3 x 10 pushups
    2 x 10 hammer curls
    2 x 10 dumbell curls

    wednesday:
    3 x 10 Shoulder press
    3 x 10 Bent over rear lateral raises
    3 x 10 side raises
    2 x 10 Lying tricep extension
    2 x 10 Overhead tricep extension

    thursday:
    3 x 10 Latt pull
    3 x 10 barbell rows
    3 x 10 squats
    3 x 10 deadlifts

    Also a 15 min intense ab circuit and 10 mins cardio with each.
    Any opinions/suggestions?
