Different weapons

    At what stage do you get to choose different weapons for each character?

    I've picked up some nice rifles of dead folks but i don't have any option to choose them myself.

    I presume it's to do with points and stuff - please advise..

    When you get your second promotion onwards unlocks become available. Two per promotion if you have Special Forces.

    cool thanks - one more question - how many of the bastards do I have to kill before i get a promotion??? I've been playing for a few weeks now and have clocked up a good few kills!
