    Hi guys,

Below is my current diet, I'm in between 75-80Kg, looking to add muscle (and before the ongoing joke about getting too big, I'm not looking to add much in the long term, but will want to continue lifting :) )

7:30: Bowl Porridge, 2 slices toast with butter, protein shake
    11:00: Nutrigrain bar and Banana
1:00: 2 Chicken and cheese sandwiches, probiotic yoghurt
    4:00: Usn pure protein bar
7:00: Chicken and pasta usually, sometimes pork etc with potatoes and veg
10:00: Protein shake, sometimes a bit of meat

I would usually drink 3 or 4 pints of water a day also.

Just wondering how it fares up for my aims. I know I need to eat well to make any gains but as dumb as it sounds, as someone who was fat for 98% of his life up to this point the idea of putting on more weight is terrifying!

I'm fully aware the nutrigrain and protein bar are not the best out there, what are good quick fix alternatives? Originally I was eating small portions of brown rice and chicken breast between meals but with college now I have busy days so thats just not really feasible anymore eating them in lectures, so I need something I can nibble on during lectures....I was thinking Rice cakes and fruit but I'm not too sure.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Havok,

First off - congrats on an awesome job thus far. Before you do anything else, take a bunch of photos of your current physique. That might sound vain or whatever, but it's a great frame of reference and ongoing proof of the condition you were in now that you're trying to add mass.

As for your diet, is that what is keeping you in your current condition? Personally I like to rely less on supplements & bars but that's your own choice. I would say for someone in your position, you should try giving this a whirl. I believe it to be the best compromise for gaining without having to add too much/any chubb.

Edit: for specifics, fruit is good, nuts are good, home-made protein bars are good, sandwiches are good, rice cakes are good (but there's damn-all in them and they have no taste), tupperware full of tuna-pasta is good (but maybe a little smelly for lectures?),
