strange dream last night

I had a very strange dream lastnight. I've been back in touch with an old friend recently. we haven't seen each other in 15 years and haven't spoken in 12 years and just lucked upon each other on the web (long story). anyway we spent the last few weeks catching up on everything.

but last night i had a dream about her. but not her now, she was young maybe 15 or so(which wiould have been her age just before we met), she didn't look like her, her hair was bloack in the dream Blonde in reality, but i remember thinking it was her. i remember kissing her in the dream and I also dreamt that she was in trouble. but I know that she isn't or at least hasn't told me she is.

anyone any ideas or just my over active imagination after a long stressful weekend.

just been thinking of this all day and trying to clear it in my head


it's of a young girl. I know who she is but she doesn't look like the person i think she is. what i mean is i look at her and i hear a name. but that name does not match the face. in my waking thoughts i cant see a face only that she is in her early to mid teens and has long dark dair. the person i think she is I met in my late teens and had blonde hair but has a daughter who looks just like her her with dark hair.

the girls seems in danger some how and is cowering in a corner. I'm looking for her and can not find her yet she is always in front of me. I get the impression i am looking for her to protect her. just before i wake i find her and i hear her mothers name and i end up waking with a feeling of love, and warmth and that I had just kissed the mother.

kind of freaks me out a little. the mother is my childhood sweetheart though we never actuall dated. we met on vactation and wrote to each other for about 5 years and she broke contact. i found out that it was because she had met a guy at home and couldn't deal with the feelings she had for both of us and as he was a local boy and i lived teh other side of the world........

It could be that re-connecting with this girl has awakened old memories and maybe old feelings which maybe are getting a little mixed up in your dream. Protecting the child could be a way to getting closer to the mother, dramatic but most mothers would be grateful for someone good looking out for there daughter/son, or maybe the child represents the girl at a younger age and the mother would be her now. Or it could be conversations that ye never got to have or finish back then. Bascially it could be a million and one different things and thoughts and emontions all rolled into one.

I wouldn't spend to much time trying to figure out your dream but maybe your feelings in your awakened state towards this girl. Or just enjoy having her back in your life again.

yeah i think i might just do that and see what may become of it

after a 12 year gap it better LOL.
