So what's the deal? It says you're signing up for 3 Guinness poker evenings. Does this mean a Guinness rep turns up at each of the nights and if so do you even get to keep the poker set?

No, they post them out to apparently, just rang there. Next batch should be with people at the end of October hopefully!!:)

Seems you just ring up, they ask a few q's and txt you out a reference number.
You get your friends to phone, quoting your reference number, and thats it.
Hmm..... now to find two poker playing friends.......

I would say its for 3 nights as they send you vouchers for cans of guinness on 3 seperate occasions or something like that, anyway cant be bad for free!

Bloke mentioned that I hd to get 3 friends to register to get the set but nothing about " poker nights" Iasked him didthey do anything or did I have to organise everything and he said they supplied the stuff but you had to organise it so I'm not sure what the "3 poker nights " is all about.

got an email today from Guinness saying that my application is being processed.

They send the host the poker set and the friends vouchers for cans and invitations to the hosts house for poker. Thats it, nothing else.

My guys have registered, I called there to comfirm, guess what. Guiness say there is no reference for the number I provided?
Anyone else get this.
I gave the reference number to my guys and they all said the person on the other end confirmed everything was registered to my address.
Now all of a sudden there is no such reference number?

i am a little pissed , applied ages ago ( 4 weeks ) and was told everyone signed up .

by the way wheres this reference number , i just got an email saying

plus if u ring a number which is given in the pack any of the poker nights they will send u a pizza complenemtry of dominos or 4 star . its gr8 i got my poker set about a month ago

I had to do everything again and I am now afraid to ring them in case they say I never registered. I will call up there and beat them with the ref no. they gave me.
How does it work, do all the guys get a voucher to come round your house??

It's a great offer alright but it's weird the way they just send you a confirmation email with no reference number or exact details of when they will reply. quite obvious they want to to ring them. I got my confirmation email 3 weeks ago...think its time to ring up and see whats going on.

I just rang there myself, got my ref number and was told i'll have my pack in the next week
