Weights - Endurance or Power Phase

    Hey,

    will be coming to end of strength training phase in gym in a couple of weeks. Just wondering am I better to go target muscular endurance first and then look at power after xmas or should I do it vice versa.

    Also calorie wise I'm hitting up to 3800 a day at the moment. Do I reduce this or will I keep it at the same level as I'd still like to lose bf gain muscle if possible whilst doing endurance/power phases.

    It depends what are your over all goals

    again it depends on your goals as to gain muscle you have to take in more calories then you use and to lose weight you have to take in less calories then you use. So as such you can't do both at the same time
