Probably the hardest Amino Acid to disguise in powder form. Its taste is absolute gank.
Remember though these supplements are there to do a job and not to taste as sunday dessert :)

At the moment everyday I take, Cod-liver oil and a mulit-vitamin (sorry can't rememnber the name, as I've just changed brand for something that is also probiotic). On a training day I also take BNS no-xplode pre workout, post workout I take a mix of Reflex Nutrition "Instant Whey" and Caselin in a ration of 2:1.

As a post workout snack I also try to eat beef jerky, taste's nicer than nuts and has a high protein content.

I was thinking of trying something like animal pak, is it any good.

    Hey dude,

where do you get your jerky?

( now THAT is a dodgy sounding question :) )

I've heard of a few people advocating beef jerky as a snack recently actually, I must look into it. It's just dried strips of beef isn't it? Or does it have salt and additives in it? And can you get it in supermarkets?

Edit: @ Dragan, get outta my head dude.... :D

Just ON Whey and creatine, thinkin of getting glutamine as well. Is there any difference between brands of creatine monohydrate?

Not hugely, try and get Creapure TM if you can...they make most of the creatine in the world and it is solid stuff.

It's just rebranded by other companies then.

    Thats sold it for me!!!
Pity they don't do different colours.

I get my jerky here, it normally takes 2-3 weeks to arrive and is sent by registered mail. There are also one or two sites in the uk, try theses, they are prob quicker with shipping. It's basically very dried meat, imagine dried fruit but it's a strip of beef, the only promlem is that its salted so it's best to drink a lot of water. I don't know anywhere you can buy it over the shelf in Ireland, Sainsbury's in Newry do sell it if you are ever up there.
