Getting back to Healthy Living

Ok just looking for some general advice.

Been on a bit of a binge for the last 5 weeks ( a week in Ibiza and a week at oktoberfest) so I'm just looking at starting back on the whole detox.

First change is my diet, I was usually quiet good with my diet. Fresh food, lots of veg and fresh meat/fish. Nothing to extravagent for breakie, porridge or cereal and a sandwich/soup for lunch.

I play soccer 2 evenings a week and am looking at getting back to my 2 - 3 gyms nights too, where I do an hour cardio and an hour weights.

    I'm 23, 5'11 and I'm prob about 84kg now (was 79kg before the binge :))

    Typical diet (not on binge):

    Morning
porridge, glass of orange juice/green tea

    Lunch
Sandwhich, usually chicken, onion and stuffing in a roll (white) with some mayo

    Dinner
Fresh fish (the perks of working in Dun Loaghaire)/beef/chicken with veg and rice/pasta

    Snacks
I'm a sucker for lunch time snacks but I've since replaced these with fruit. Other than that I might have a yoghurt or soemthing like that later in the day.

I'm looking to get back to my previous weight and tone up a bit.

My gym routine would tpically be:

30 mins treadmil, run about 5K
Walk around the track for 5 mins
    Bike for 20 mins
    Walk for 5 mins
    Weights - upperbody mostly.

    My questions are;

when is the best time to work out? (before or after work)
Are there any changes I should make to my diet to help the process?

I've read some of the stickeys and they have been very helpful, particulary on the diet side of things but just looking for some more specific advice on what I should do.

    Thanks
    SP
