    Hi

I'm a runner and I'm having some problems with ITB and such and it turns out that my right glut isn't as developed and it's making the problem worse.

Are there any exercises or machines in the gym i can do that focus on just the right glut?

1 legged squats maybe an option if you really just wanted to target the one however I would just do ordinary squats and see if the imbalance disappears itself just remember to use full rom on the squats

It blood will NOT disappear all by its self!!!!!

Like if i ignore a shoulder injury it will just go away when i keep bench pressing - totally terrible advice

    Here's your exercise

Single leg hip lift with just your right leg and plenty of foam rolling for glutes, IT band and calves oh and stretch your piriformis muscles more

Google all of above if unsure
