    Hi, I need help with losing weight and generally tightening up ina few areas. I dont have gym membership as Im too self conscience. Anywho, I just wnat to tighten up my chest and stomach and make my arms a little bigger.

    Would situp, push up's work for this, and if so how long before I see results. I brely eat as it is now, and I have cut out all junk foods. My legs are fairly rock solid froma ll my cycling but this does nothing for the upper body, so I have started jogging instead. Is this better?

    Also what could I do to help me lose the fat from my bum?
