ok,this may sound weird but i need peoples help, basically the problem is that i have gotten too big, thats right too much muscle and a lil fat as well,i recon that if i got my fat levels down it wouldnt be so bad but an awful lot of my cloaths are too tight for me now and im not happy being this size.

I still have the belly and have been fighting tooth and nail to get rid of it lately,my weight training has come on a lot as well,im lifting quite heavy at the mo and was wondering should i lower the weight for more repsor does that make a huge difference.

sorry if all this sounds all muddled up but im real pissed off and disillusioned,i didnt think i was that into getting big until a lot of my friends in college said i was twice the size i was before the summer,at first it was deadly but now im starting to look stupid, its not the look i want at all, aarrrrgggggggghhhhhhh.

From next week on im doing 2 spin classes a week in the gym but im not sure what to do bout the weights,iv cut out carbs a lot and im takin Muscletech Thermo shred for assistance in fat burning, still take protien shakes but no more creatine or NO supplements, drinking lots of water, fruit and veg but im not sure if it will help with thinning down.

Here's the diet at the mo
Morning:Shake and porridge or 5 eggs(one whole and 4 whites) and porridge and fruit
Lunch:Chicken/Tuna or Turkey on brown bread, fruit salad
Pre-workout:Same as above but with less carbs
    Post-workout:Shake and OJ
    Dinner:Chicken/Tuna or Turkey and vegetables
    Bed:Shake

    is that too much?
someone help a desperate man in need...PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

increase the cardio and eat less. might wanna reduce amount of weight training by lifting less heavy or less often

If you cut down to around 10% bodyfat, I guarantee you won't think you're too big. You'll be thinking how ripped you look.

Increase cardio and reduce carbs and eating late etc., Just google for 'diet for cutting'. Don't want to crash diet and lose all that muscle.

hope your right my man, what about my weight training,i have recently mad friends with a power lifter from poland,he encourages me a lot and helps me with my lifts but should i reduce the weight and increase the reps?or leave it as it is?

Weight training can stay the same as it is only calorie intake vs output that determines wether you grow or not.

Can't help much more, never done a post bulk cut before. Keep weights same, great for burning calories and maintaing a high resting metabolic rate. Just eat slightly less, increase protein ratio and reduce carb one (open to contradiction here) and add some cardio. You'll know youself through trial and error how much less you should eat.
Also, get a calipers test done for your bf%.

How much fat are you carrying? Are we talking a little gut but upper abs still visible? General chubb without much/any muscle definition? Just do your best to give me an idea where you're at.
