    Hi,

    I'm male, 25. I'm 5" 10 tall, and i have dropped weight to around 10.5st.

    I used to be about 12st or maybe a bit more. I used to cycle and do gym work. Mainly fitness stuff (rowing machine, bike, a few weights, dumbells).

    I started going out a lot more with friends, drinking a loy. not really eating properly (but enough) and i'm pretty skinny now.

    I've started playing soccer competitively again (after 10 years). And just want to know what i have to do do gain weight and get back some upper and lower body muscle. (especially the arms). Will going to the gym again help me gain weight?

    Sorry if it sounds stupid.

    I'll be the first to say

    Post you diet (and be honest) plus any exercise(frequency/length of time spent)

    You will get a better response

    OK, i walk for about 30 mins a day, decent pace. I play soccer about 3 times a week (just me and a friend, nothing strenuous), and thats about it at the moment.

    I eat a meal at lunch time, Lasagne and potatoes or whatever, and maybe something at home like pasta, some crap sometimes.

    Ok plain and simple your not eating enough! Break your diet down for us a little bit more. What do you eat for breakfast and at what time etc...

    Also if you want to gain weight and muscle you have got to be willing to make some changes. Are you prepaired to cut down on the gargle and stick as close as possible to a set diet?

    i'll try my very best.

    If i were to walk for 30 mins a day, and play 2 hours of competetive soccer per week, + go to the gym twice a week. How much would i need to throw into me a day food wise?

    check the stickies there is plenty of information there about how to work out your daily calorifc needs and how to aquait that to weight gain or loss.
