Newbie to Nitro - TS4N and having some problem

Hi everyone. Asking for some tips/ advice Just bought a Thunder Tiger TS4N Pro. Thought it would be a decent introduction to nitro RC. I double checked all the connections and fired her up. There could be grease on the brake disc (If it is nitro) or the linkage could be set a bit loose
