    Hi Guys,

I was wondering if people could use a low carb/low GI alternative to bread or different types of bread etc?

I'm not sure I understand the question?

But decent breads i use are:

    McCambridge
And the natural bread company (think they're owned by brennans) - they come in 4 types

Rye or spelt bread but none are all that great when you eat too much of it and use margarine like flora
