    Hi there

    In the Silversprings but thinking of changing to this one as cheaper and is suppose to be good.

    Silversprings is getting old

    Any thoughts?

    Clean, decent gym with a good selection of cardio machines. Equipment is well maintained but relatively few free weights. Wide range of plates - go up to 50kg, but there's no barbells, just a Smith machine. Heaviest dumbells only 20kg too.

    Not overly busy at peak times either. You'll get a free tour if you give them a call in advance.

    I am in the Mardyke, they have almost finished revamping the fitness suite, it looks like it will be great, loads of room adn new equipment, should be finished in the next few weeks, worth checking out.
