I was in the health shop there at lunch and and I was recommended source of life for men by natures plus. tbh, I was just thinking something like centrum when I was going in but she said that these were much better and that these can be absorbed easier than the more synthetic type (centrum). They also contain more nutrients. She was a very good salesperson and talked me through each nutrient individually on the back.

First I just want to say that im still working on my diet and making sure that its balanced properly. I understand that supplements are just that, supplements. I will be eating recommended veg intake et cetera. I will just be taking the vitamins to make sure that im not lacking in anything.

Is what she was saying really true about multivitamins though because these are quite expensive. I was wary that she may be selling me the most expensive product as these cost €25 for a months supply. I will probably get them on the internet anyway but I just want to know if this is the quality I should be buying.

    Thanks.
