I get about 6-7 hours sleep a night and I eat a fairly balanced diet not perfect but all the food groups in the right proportions and a lil pig out every now nd again.. normal I think.... losts ot water.. about 3 lts inc training... of late i find that im out of breath within 20mis of a run.. Ihavnt got the want topush myself so much cuz I feel CRAP.. I got bloods done.. all fine.. iron thyroid, diabeties, vit b ect.. Has anyone felt this or ideas wat it is. doc has no idea and i know its not a medical board but maybe someone has been through it??

If your bloods are fine then what is happening to you is perfectly normal. Sounds like your body is telling you to slow down a little.

Stress will do this to you.

Either from overtraining or something extrenal. A week away in a warm climate with good food and plenty of rest always does the trick for me.

Yep ... sounds like overtraining. You've got all the right components for a healthy fit lifestyle except rest from training. Google overtraining and you'll probably find some solid advice. Hal Higdon's site is good.
