I have tried tesco and aldi looking for peanut butter but I can't get any? Where can you get it in Galway?

Also, I have been buying aldi yougurts, there about 125cals. What are the highest calorie yogurts you can get though in the likes of tesco or aldi? Ill look through them today but some pointers would be helpful as theres a big selection and I only have so long for lunch!

    Thanks.

Are you joking? my tescos have about 10 types of peanut butter. Did you bother to ask at the info desk? It is near the jam in my store. I prefer to get cheap tesco peanuts and blend them into a paste, cheaper and you know it is not the scrapings off the ground.

Any "high calorie" yoghurt is only high cal since it is loaded with sugar. I would suggest getting fruit and plain natural yoghurt and blending them both up to make your own.

I did ask and the woman pointed me to the section. However, there was no peanut butter there! Ill ask again today.

Cheers for the yogurt tip, thats a great idea.

Got it there now. The woman the last day pointed me to the wrong section.

It was beside the jam! Ill make my own the next day, just wanted it for my sandwiches today.

buy your peanut butter from ehalth food shops where you can get it made only with peanuts and no added ingredients. its no more expensive than supermarket brands which tend to be loaded with all sorts of crap, esp hydrogenated fats. just check the label to see the long lists of aditives. health food shops will also have cashew butter, hazelnut butter and almond butter jsut for a bit of variety
