    Hi Y'all

Wondering if anyone knows of any Ashtanga classes in the city centre. I would love to do the type that is done in a heated room to promote flexibility. From looking I can see that neither Melt, Temple Bar or the place in Smithfield do that kind. Can anyone direct me?

I don't know anything about the heated yoga but I've gone to classes with Dave Curtis and found him exceptional.

Thanks for the information so far.

I really want a class that is based in the city centre. Ideally the hot yoga that the second poster referred to. I am aware there are some in the city centre but I have looked online and can't seem to find a location. There is a place just off Portobello which I might try but I am a northsider and it would be a bitch for me to get home in the evening.

the place in portobello is a bikram centre and the only one in ireland so look else where e.g. the yoga room in smithfield

Finally as a yoga teacher myself i would not be too caught up in wanting bikram as i personally find it very unfulfilling

Dave Curtis is excellent as is dave collins, tony purcell, ciara cronin etc

my taekwando dojang on exchequer street do it (still i think)
the coach is a cuban guy who used to coach the cuban olympic team (or something)
anyway, it looks like bona fide torture to me, but its a heated room and they all look like they enjoy it. check it out..its above the dunnes stores on exchequer street!

I go to Debbie as well, she's American and she teaches at a few places in town. I go to her classes at Yoga Rani and at the Yoga room www.yoga.ie its a great class and I've taken classes from alot of teachers in Dublin. Think she is really really good!
