    I found this site very useful, so i thought id let people know.

    It works out the calories you need each day, the calories you burn from various exercise, and it breaks down the food you eat into carbs, protein, and fat, and gives you the percentage of each.
    Basically if does what everyone on this thread tells us to do, when we want to gain/lose weight, but makes it alot easier.

    I use it,because i want to see how much protein I'm getting, so i can increase it. Very handy :D
