NTL Digital and alternative receiver

Hi, just got NTL digital yesterday and I want to use an alternative DVB-C receiver (Dreambox 7025, twin receiver one for sat and the second for DVB-C). Hi,

just got NTL digital yesterday and I want to use an alternative DVB-C receiver (Dreambox 7025, twin receiver one for sat and the second for DVB-C).

Is the NTL Smartcard bound to the NTL receiver or should it be possible to use it in an alternative receiver?

With other words: Will it work or do I have to use the crappy NTL receiver? :cool:

You have to use the ntl: reciever for digital reception.

If you want to use cable, you must use the provided digital receiver.

If you don't like it, cancel and use satellite/terrestrial where you are allowed to use your own receiver.
